Holi: Festival of Colors

Holi is a religious festival that is celebrated annually by Hindus. It marks the coming of the spring season by spraying everyone with colorful powder or by dumping water on them. This celebration was the inspiration for color runs which are popular in America. The South Asian Student Association at Saginaw Valley State University has been holding a Holi Celebration since 2015. This is the largest Holi Festival event celebrated in Michigan with 550 attendees in 2016 to 685 people in 2017. I have created designs for this celebration from 2016 to 2018.
